WALK SUMMARY

This National Park in Alberta’s Rockies is home to some of the world's most beautiful mountain landscape

This is one of Jasper's best lower-level walks, a long but not difficult trek from Medicine Lake up a flattish valley past three fine lakes to Jacques Lake, with dramatic mountains marching each side.

I.e., a high work-to-joy ratio and a lot of time free to enjoy the marvels around you.

This is walk is in remote mountains with uncertain weather, where bears are a risk. Come fully prepared.

We want to tell more - please send us your ideas, suggestions, experiences and photos. Thank you!

See our Jasper NP page for more detail and practicalities and more photos!
