WALK SUMMARY

An expansive national park covering an area of 63.5 square kilometers. We've yet to go, but our friends the Oranginas walking group from the Netherlands have been and say:

"A round-walk along the borders of the National Park Risjnak. The NP is a part of the Gorski Gotar (mountain district). People say that brown bear and lynx still live here, but we didn't see them. What we saw was: luxurious silence, slanting hills, great views along the Kupa-river."

THANK YOU ORANGINAS! See their full thoughts here.

This page is at an early stage of development. Please help us by making suggestions and sending photos! Thank you!
